was thinkin I should add that on my last visit to my pdoc his letter said "possible personality disorder" I went to my gp saying I didn't agree and he said its ok, if it is, we can deal with it. he laughed and said he sometimes feels like he has a p disorder. he said that again today but didn't laugh. we talked abt anxiety generally and he said he finds socialising difficult and prefers to be alone and sometimes he feels lonely, but sometimes just relieved when he is alone. sometimes on my occasional visits to him, he talks like this before remembering that im just supposed to be a patient he sees occasionally.

he says its nice to see someone young, and seemingly happy, since most of his patients are old ladies.

sometimes it just feels like he needs a hug, and like maybe he recognises some of what im going through.
