High to all!! I am new here and so far I love what I've seen. I will be going to a pychologist for the first time in my 29 years. I was diagnosed as child with adhd. I was told they wanted to put me on ridilin, but my parents said no. Instead they just made sure I was active in just about anything I could be and have never explored the way that I am until now. I have been wanting to deal with this for some time. In retrospect over the last 9 years I have realized that I have been depressed for the majority of those years. You really don't know how down you are untiI your on your way back up. I thought it would be hard to come onto a site and dicuss what is going on in my head. But as I type, it is flowing out. I have gotten so good at not dealing with myself and fixing or dealing with the present that it has taken me this long. I am very excited that I am here on this site and at this point in my life. I obviously don't know any of you. So I hope this wasn't to much for our first date. Well I gotta go. I would like to thank the people responsible for this site and all of the members here.
