It sounds like your friends is running away from and you are [running toward[/i].
Because of my own history as a party girl and drunk, I'm a bit suspicious of people who need to be out all the time. They are often running from parts of themselves that they don't like very much -- and sometimes the part they don't like is the drinking/party girl/big flirt part.
You have a healthy attitude toward going out as a breather, a bit of time to yourself with a friend. But you also have your family and beloved children to run toward.
I agree with what everyone else has said. If you friend values and respects you, she will spend time with you at home as well as out.
