Please believe that things will get better. I've gone through so many meds, and while nothing is perfect, I have found a good combo and have been feeling much less depressed these past few weeks. I tend to cycle, but am really hoping that maybe I am starting to make some progress. It's been a long battle, and I know it's hard, but please keep fighting and believe that you are worth it. Do everything you can to fight the feelings: things you enjoy, opposite emotions (if you're feeling depressed, try watching a funny movie or reading a feel good type of book, etc.) I used to feed into my depression, but now I try to challenge it and it's been working!
