I agree with gayleggg. The best thing would be to see a career counselor and explore your options.
I was also a music major for my first 2 years of college. After a while, I realized that it was "ruining" music for me. I want to enjoy music as a hobby, not a career path. I changed my major to English and I'm still minoring in music. It's been much better since I switched.
Did you know music is one of the hardest majors? Actually, music majors who apply to medical school have a much better chance of getting in than other majors because as musicians, we place high importance on things like focus, attention, detail, practice, and hard work.
