He's not going to recognize it at this point. If he does he wont admit it. Try not to say anything that could cause agitation. Right now he needs to view you on his side. Call his sister and see if she has called yet. If not have him take you to the ER because you have to get an x-ray. If he'll take you while your alone in triage explain what's going on. Anything else is really depending on your relationship with him. I know a lot of times I get treated like a 4 yr old throwing a tantrum at those points and everything is done to keep me contained and safe until it passes.
