I keep having intrusive thoughts. Iam hallucinating now too. The visions of stabbing myself won`t go away. They are here every day. I try to ignore them but they just play. The hallucinations are visual.... of a cat walking by. This is beginning to get out of control. Someone asked me how im doing since being out of the hospital. Truth is im better but not. Different issues. I know I see my pdoc tomorrow so thats good. Then tomorrow night I take my so. To a sleep study and I have tomsleep there too.
