But seriously, I can't sleep and the si thoughts are becoming obsessive. All I want to do is cut, but I'm not allowed to at the moment. Maybe if I fOund a different spot? Maybe the relief would come again and I'd be able to sleep. None of my healthier options have been helping, and I'm running on desperate. I see t in less than 12 hours, but not sure how she can help... it's all just sucky.
