I think I might have broken my arm. I was craving cutting, but I felt really guilty sbout wanting to do it and well a lot of back and forth went on. I dont even know where the heck this idea came from, but i grabbed a heavy bookend nearby and just wailed on my srm.

Ugh! im so msd right now! This is so stupid! This is not dealing with cutting, thus is just another method! How on earth do i explain this to snyone?
