Hello to everyone, I was diagnosed with bipolar 13yrs ago. It took my pdoc 8 years to find the right cocktail (I'm meds and ECTs resistant) that allowed me three wonderful stable years. I crashed in 2011, no rhyme or reason. I have been cycling since. The last three weeks were fantastic for me

. Pdoc added, to my cocktail, Nortriptyline, which I thought was the miracle med. Well todays another day and It wasn't a great one. Worried that tomorrows going to be the same and I'll be going down hill again. As a bipolar II, I tend to suffer more depressions than highs
I try to stay positive, however, it's very difficult when one feels lethargic and depressed.
I'm am quite knowledgeable with the illness, as I do a lot of research. However, one can always learn more, therefore, I will be looking for valuable information/news on the illness.
