I don't know what this is but since I stopped cutting I'll go 2-3 days without eating and when I do eat it's only a little bit. It makes me feel better about myself and feel more in control in my life. I think I've inadvertently replaced cutting with this since I guess it would be a form of self harm. Has anyone else gone from one bad habit to the next without realizing it?
