Don't be afraid to post what's going on. We are all here to provide support for you! You can lean on us for help! It sounds like therapy would be a good idea, if you're not in already! I hope you can find other ways of coping. I suggest writing, listening to whatever type of music seems to help you personally, talking to friends if you can, and spending some quiet time in nature.
