I've been going to counselling at my school for almost a year now, and my Councillor has decided I need to have a mental health assessment.
He says he needs my parents to help with this and I don't know what to do!
I've already told them I didn't want counseling so they'll be angry for that and I already got enough shouting from them for the self-harm last year, I'm so torn!
He says I can have the Head of Pastoral Care talk to them, but I don't know, would it be easier to tell them first? Or should I just leave it to the professionals?
Either way, they're going to be told what I've said at counselling as well, and there's some stuff in there that I don't think they'd like to hear.
I'm really torn about what to do and I need some advice, help please?
Sorry for wasting time,
KV
