Do I or don't I? I still feel like I want to kill myself. My pdoc says to only worry if I start to make plans but I give the carving knife a special look during dinner and my intrusive thoughts are there. On the other hand I went grocery shopping today and even though this woman was agressive to me I didn't get up in her face like i could have. Is this just residual or what?
