You are still taking care of yourself by going to therapy, don't forget that. I know the pain hurts and I know how awful it is to have no energy, but please don't give up. Baby steps. Do what you can to take care of you, even if it's just a little something everyday. Try adding a couple more things as you go along. Sometimes, and I know with me, the less I do, the more tired and exhausted I am.. but if I get up and force myself to do stuff (which is easier said than done!) I do tend to feel a bit better.
