Well my therapist reminds me that this is my time and my choice of the direction to take. I would rather she lead, but I think that is not good for me and she knows that.

Sometimes I do have something I want to talk about or work on in mind when I go.. then we will talk a few minutes and something else comes to mind and that's okay.

And yes it is good to go back and talk about things again. Every time you talk about them you bring your current perspective. Sometimes things happen or you learn something that makes you thing about that topic again and you feel like talking about it.

It is your time to talk about anything you want. And you can ask how you are doing. It sounds like you are doing fine.
