the only cure i know for dreading tomorrow is living in today. it might be helpful for you to begin a meditation or a practice of deliberately focusing on NOW. just this minute. pay attention to what you are feeling NOW. notice what your body feels like NOW. focus on what you are doing NOW.
this method of remaining present is very effective at interrupting and eventually subsiding, dreadful thoughts of tomorrow and yesterday (which are not even real, not reachable except through the NOW).
it may take some time to get good at it, but you can only improve by practice, practice, practice. put up little notes for yourself... ~Be Here NOW~ and when you see them, deliberately notice your breathing, your heart rate, your body tension, and relax. if you need some relaxation exercises, i believe there are some in the Social Group, Mindfulness Meditation.
