I know the feeling. At times I feel as though nothing can stop what is bound to happen. I usually distract myself with games on my phone until I get tired of it. Then I move onto the lovely Netflix with tons of different movies and tv shows that are still on tv and off it. It is just a matter of how well you are willing to distract yourself for what is actually going on in your head. When it is really bad I drive to the beach, but that is mainly because I have the opportunity to have a house 20 minutes away from the beach. I walk along the beach and just sit and listen as the waves crash along the sand.
