For those of you who do see your Ts next client, how much does it bother you, and why?

I see two Ts...one constantly piggybacks his appts. The woman after me won't put her phone down, and he has to wait for her to get up and walk back with him...it's a huge production! I have yet to look her in the eye as I am walking out, so I don't even know what her face looks like....I have just seen her hands texting away and heard her voice. It does concern me that he has appts. so close together and I wonder about his ability to switch gears so quickly. I might ask him about it but I haven't yet.
