Lately I have been very introspective about myself about my failures in relationships (personal and work) and it causes. One common denominator that is standing out is that "Nothing is good enough for me". I want everything to be perfect. Be it work, relationships etc.
How can I cope with this problem? I don't want this perfectionism in me which has ruined me so far. How do I get out of this mind set?
Any advise is really appreciated.
