I think most people at first anyway need a T to go along with meds .. Therapy helps you with finding triggers dealing with issues that will keep your Bipolar riled up .. As Red panda said not many Pdoc's do talk therapy anymore, and if your meds seem to work okay try Therapy. When you first see a therapist explain in detail what help you are needing such as coping skills , how to set up and follow a routine, etc
