I'm still up in the clouds today. We all went to dinner tonight to celebrate. It was a nice time.

Be, I hope that I can go in. She wants me to. Wow, my baby's having a baby.

Also, my oldest called and the seller accepted their second offer!!! She and her hubby are getting their first home! It's a beautiful little three bedroom brick in a nice neighborhood about 20 mins from me!!! It's in move-in conditon and she's so excited!

What a year already.
