I'm sorry, I wish I had answers for you, but I don't. I suffer from depression and have had bouts of not wanting to be around people and such but not of not taking care of the cleaning of my house, so I don't know what to say to help.
Just don't be hard on yourself as it's not like you want to be this way.
I do hope that you can find the key that will unlock the door to whatever it is that is holding you back.
