Anyone know what may cause dreams of death? I have recurring dreams of my own slow painless death. In my dream i will feel my body get weak,slowly with less oxygen until I just take my last breath. Then with my body lifeless and my mind racing I have major anxiety.Then I will think in my dream that it is a dream and try to wake my self up.Sometimes its hard to wake myself up and in my dream I think if i cant wake up I will die in my sleep. I tried the best I could to explain this,it feels more serious then I can explain. Any thoughts ?
