Hello!

So I was wondering how to ask people for help. People are always willing to help me, but at the end of the day they always ask "What can I do to help you?". I don't know how to respond to this. Mostly I don't know HOW they can help me.

Do you guys have any idea's or experiences that might help?

Monday I'm going to talk to my AP lit teacher, but I'm not exactly sure what to say. I also need to make sure I draw the line, and remember she is my teacher, but my therapist, or my friend.
