Right.. so after many weeks of pdoc trying to recommend me a sleeping aid to use at times, I gave in.

Anyone used Diazepam for insomnia before?

I tried last night.. because I wanted to see how it will be like. 2mg. And I did not sleep a wink at all compared to without medication!! Without medication I could be sleeping for like 2-3 hours..

What do you reckon I should do? Anyone has any experience? D:
