I don't want to scare you but I would advise you very strongly to talk to your t about boundaries. I know that the idea of sending a daily update sounds great, and I'm sure your t would love to get pictures from you. But this sounds all too familiar to me. My ex t was exactly the same way- encouraged daily emails, texts, etc. It made me feel so much better to know that she was always there. Then I was admitted to a hospital because my issues got so bad. The professionals there terminated my relationship with ex t because of "bad boundaries". It's been a really really rocky time since discharge. I don't want anyone else to have to go through the same thing. So I just want to advise you to talk to your t about boundaries.
