when it isn't overly crass or just plain stupid it is hilarious (e.g., the extinction of the jackoffasaurus... and parts of the episode where paris hilton's dog committed suicide and she adopted butters)
parts of anamaniacs are also quite good. pinky and the brain in particular :-)
