No matter how much I sleep, I'm always tired, to varying degrees. And often, when I try to study, it hits me like a ton of rocks. It seems like when I have the energy, I get distracted or procrastinate, and by the time I settle down to study, I want to go to sleep.
It seems like most of the time I want to study, I'm either tired or depressed (or both).
I'm pretty darn sure it's mostly due to the medication I'm on, but since it's been working great otherwise, and because it's the middle of the semester, I don't want to make any changes. I've decreased my dose by half, to seemingly no effect.
Suggestions?
