Have you checked their lease? Seems there is a clause in there about "no children". Grounds for eviction. If you can't do it yourself go and have someone help you get a court order.

Your friends here will get together and prepare a rental truck and some movers so they'll have no excuses. My knees are pretty bad for lifting so I'll drive.
