You shouldn't be embarrassed to talk to a T about this, that is why they are there - with one caveat, personally I am very uncomfortable discussing sex with my female T, if my T were a guy, no problem.

Honestly, a condom sounds like a good idea. There are "extra sensitive" ones that feel very natural.
