My T is in a computer chair facing me while I sit in an office chair about three feet from her. I usually sit with my feet on the ground leaning back, she usually sits with her legs outstretched sitting up, or leaning forward a bit with feet on the ground based on what we are discussing. I don't really notice much. I don't really study my T in therapy. Mainly cause I have an issue of making eye contact or looking at her when I'mdiscussing hard memories.
