When I ask for help it is when I am depressed, I can take on the world when I am hypo. I might ask for help with booking appointments, doing the dishes, extra help with work, just trivial things that will make my life a lot easier and reduce the stress. My support network are very good at offering help when they notice I am slipping, but I am also useless at hiding my mental state from them.
