I'm finding it very hard to cope in between therapy days. Due to limits on medical plan I can only attend therapy once a month or so, the rest I have to pay myself. Cash is tight, so this is not possible.
I go to a free support group every two weeks, and I find that it does help a bit. Of course it does not address my specific problems.
Can anyone give some advice on how to get through the minutes, hours and days while waiting to see your therapist .....
