I find gaps between therapy sessions very hard and I don't think I could cope with going once a month, I'm really sorry you're having to.

Is it possible to change your medical plan? I'm just surprised anyone would think it's worth going once a month and not detrimental to you.

My top ways to cope between sessions are journalling and writing a draft email to my therapist. I also keep a list of helpful or comforting things he's said and reread that in gaps between sessions.
Thanks for this!
