I have to keep lists at work so my constant procrastination doesn't get me fired.

It's worse at home where there's no real threat to motivate me. Things I want to do, but just tell myself "no, not now. Maybe tomorrow. Or not.":
  • Cleaning.
  • Calling two people I'm trying to make friends with.
  • Cooking meals.
  • Writing checks.
  • Laundry.
  • Taking a walk or using the ski machine.
  • Reading a book.
  • Finishing a drawing by adding some clouds. Just a couple clouds, but I just can't do it.
  • Buying slacks ('cuz I'm starting to be ashamed of the faded, fraying, ones I wear to work).
Seriously, I genuinely want to do all of this stuff, and I'm capable of it now since this current combo of meds is truly helping me.

It's like the depression just says NO. It likes me better when I feel rotten, and it's fighting me tooth and nail to keep me that way.
