It sounds like your boss likes you if she's trying to talk you into staying. Can you work something out where you work less hours or opt out of some of the most stressful stuff you do?

Don't know where you are, but in the US the ADA makes the employer give you "reasonable accommodations" to keep you working when you're disables. Depression and mental illness is one of the disabilities covered by the ADA.
