I know that, for me, extreme anxiety can cause just these kinds of problems. Do you have a counselor? Take any meds? (re: the Spanish, consider an immersion program to really feel and know that you have mastered the language----in business, or any other field, this is a great asset---) Try to take one thing at a time to tackle, one step a day. Break it down to a manageable day. And, take a day off just for yourself and do whatever makes you feel calmer...(((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))))))))))))))
