In my previous session, T said something to me that upset me and I never said anything. I only have monthly sessions and I don't see her for another week. I keep stewing on this comment.

T and I have communicated by e-mail at times, but do you think I should bring up this matter before this session or wait until my session with her? This has never happened before and I've seen T for 4 years now.
