Welcome to the forum!

I know what you mean about trying new meds. I also am recovering from an ED and have major depressive disorder, and let me tell you, finding meds that were helpful took over a year! Then, just as we found the right combination, and things were going well, about 3 months into that, we found out that my main med was discontinued!

All I can say is make sure you have a good team (GP, Pdoc, T, Nutritionist) and take the time to find the right combo. It may take a while, but once you find it, it will be worth it! Even without insurance it might still be worth tackling. My Nutritionist and Pdoc don't take insurance, so I'm paying out of pocket for them anyway.

Chronic fatigue - have you had your iron checked? You might be anemic? If you can't get it checked, try eating foods high in iron and see if that helps?
