What about the new health insurance marketplace set up by "Obamacare" www[DOT]healthcare[DOT]gov

Are your mental health benefits administered through a secondary group? For example, I have BlueCross but my mental health benefits are handled through the Mental Health Network. Try contacting your mental health group and seeing if they have any advice for you.
