Now on to the issue. I agree w/ wolf, if she is the one she will not care. I don't think it is threrpy worthy. It is a fetish and that means it falls outside of the norm. So that is ok. I think u definiately need to tell her.

Something along the lines of..... I have a fetish that brings me comfort when I need it, and brings me sexual excitement when needed. It is something I like to do in private, I am trusting this to you because I love you, you are special and so on and so forth. If you explained why it is important to you and what it means to you first then she may hear that and not be so caught up on the "It's DL" If you reassure her in the beginning how you feel about her that also may help her take your feelings into consideration.

You have to tell her. You can't wait till your married or what ever to tell her this. Who knows she may not mind and might be interested in knowing more about DL.
