Have you got a good solid routine? That will help. Make sure you are eating, sleeping and exercising right to give your body the best chance to get through this or fight it off before it gets too bad. Are your thoughts negative? Try some CBT techniques to stop them in their tracks. Put the effort in now before it gets too hard to deal with. I wish I had a simple solution to motivation but I am struggling with that too... trying with little goals.
