I'm in a bad fibro flare today - - moderate amount of pain but just feel so tired. It's bad enough that I'm in a bipolar depressive phase. The two together are making it really rough today. I just hope tomorrow is a better day fibro-wise. The unpredictability of fibro is very frustrating. I know, just one day at a time here is all I can do.
