I just wish life were easier sometimes. I think I will look up relaxation techniques. I do sometimes give myself a full day to myself, but that seems to make things worse in a way. I end up just sitting around doing nothing, and then my emotions just get off balance.
I'm not currently seeing a counselor. After I tried the one at school I'm a little put off of the idea of trying again, especially when trying again would mean paying a lot of money and going out of my way to a new location. I might try it in the future, but not just now.
