I'm worried about my session with my T tomorrow. I've been having a lot of thoughts about suicide for the past 2 days and I'm afraid that she'll want to commit me. Which would lead to a phone call to my father that I don't want her to make. If she does, what would that experience be like? She told me herself that they don't do much there.
