thank you allme. Yes I have had all of those words used and some recently too. I wanted to be a pilot when I was a teenager and everytime I talked about it my Father told me I wasn't smart enough to be a pilot. I am been told I am not good enough, you won't make anything of your life, you are not responsible enough to be a therapist or psychiatrist by my own psychiatrist.
