I would not quit therapy based on what you are saying but you do need to talk to her. You could always give yourself home-work. Pick up an ED workbook, journal or do a mood/event/thought chart. I know my therapist hates me over thinking everything. Only asked me to do homework when I'm in a seriously bad place.

For me therapy is subtle and at times I have had to ask T how she's helped me. I've 'naturally' increased my food intake to 2x as much as when I started seeing her. I've only been seeing her for 2 yrs.

I would talk to your T about your frustrations, and how to reach her so that you don't feel unwanted.
