Actually the gym does help and I go thru my athletic fazes too! The problem is I also have social and general anxiety too and it's always the worse with my depression and that's where I'm at now. I can feel on top of the world one minute, but I know it won't last very long then I fall and feel totally worthless, paranoid, and shell shocked. I am on meds. I am getting help just totally thrown by the irregularity of my episodes.
