I can exercise easily enough but it's the chocolate that I feel I can't live without. Even right now I'm craving it. I can't thin of anything else besides it. Do I give in an have candy and make it up with exercise later? Or do I torture myself and not eat any? It's noon and I'm at 600 calls already- cookie for breakfast, choc milk ( thinking it would curb my choc craving) and a banana
